Our students come to us at all stages of their practice—from those who have never been on a mat to those who have been practicing for years. 

Many people say that they’re not flexible enough to do yoga, or their chronic pain gets in the way, but that’s precisely why they need to do it. I suffered from chronic pain and was the least flexible person in class for years!

Come age gracefully by building strength and flexibility and a calm, centered mind rather than growing old, tight, anxious, and depressed.

Beginner Basic Classes to start with are:

  • Tuesday 12-1pm ~ Meridian Yin + Qigong

  • Wednesday 9:30-10:45am and 6-7pm ~ Yoga Basics

  • Thursday 11:15-12:15pm ~ Basic Meridian Flow

  • Friday 12-1pm ~ Vitality Basics

Coming 2x per week minimum is how you’ll retain and sustain the strength and flexibility and calm centered mind.

Try scheduling 2 classes per week and maintaining that for 4-6 weeks, you’ll feel SO MUCH freedom in your body and mind!
