The Empowered Yogi Method is a private 5-month yoga & qigong program for adults living with chronic joint pain and anxiety. Three 30-minute sessions per week, fully personalized to your body and your needs.

What the program includes
3 customized 30-minute virtual sessions per week: yoga, qigong, breathwork & meditation
Weekly text check-ins with Maggie, with practices adjusted based on how your body is responding

How the five months will unfold
1) We start with your story. Maggie learns your pain history, anxiety patterns, movement history, and goals. Your first practices are designed from this.
2) You move at your own pace. Three 30-minute sessions per week, done on your schedule. No class to rush to, no one watching you struggle.
3) Weekly check-ins keep it honest. You share what's working and what isn't. Maggie adjusts. The practice evolves with your body, not against it.
4) By month five, your body has changed. Less pain. Calmer nervous system. A practice that is genuinely yours, and that you know how to use for the rest of your life.
5) Accountability and support from Maggie. Too often, we start off strong and then lose our steam. Maggie will help you stay accountable so you can reach your goals.
