The Empowered Body/Mind Method is a private 5-month yoga & qigong program for adults living with chronic joint pain and anxiety. Three 30-minute sessions per week, fully personalized to your body and your needs.

Living with chronic joint pain or anxiety is exhausting in a way most people don't see. You've probably already tried things, maybe medications, physical therapy, and other classes. Some helped a little. Nothing helped enough.

What you haven't tried is a practice designed entirely around your body, your pain patterns, and your nervous system - adjusted week by week as you actually heal.

What the program includes

  • 3 customized 30-minute virtual sessions per week: yoga, qigong, breathwork & meditation

  • Weekly text check-ins with Maggie, with practices adjusted based on how your body is responding

  • Fully private, 1-on-1 experience, no group classes, no generic routines

Sound Bath with Sama Shakti

Sama weaves together crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, earth elements, string instruments, and voice to create immersive soundscapes that transport participants into a state of profound presence.
