Gratitude Is the New Attitude!
I've come to realize that there's a reason we have this day of Gratitude this time of year. Yes, for the harvest, but to keep our spirits lifted as the days are getting darker and colder.
If we want to enjoy the holiday season, then GRATITUDE is the ATTITUDE to cultivate.
It's a practice, as it doesn't come as naturally as stress, fear, or anxiety, especially as we enter winter. But what we practice gets stronger! And we can lift ourselves and those around us by remembering what we're grateful for.
And the more we list what we're thankful for, the more that comes to mind... It's endless and accessible to us at any moment. To share with others that we are grateful for them, and why is such a gift! It's a gift that will be remembered.
So...I'd like to thank the Vitality community for making my dream come true. I've dreamed of having a yoga community for many years, and now Vitality is 10 years strong (Covid accounting for half of those years) - I am so grateful that we made it through and that we get to connect regularly.
I recently heard a few students who joined within the past 3 months say the studio feels like an oasis to them. A couple of them told me how they're no longer on blood pressure meds after practicing 2-3x/week.
I am so grateful for these testimonials! This practice heals us on many levels.
