Regarding the Jing, the physical poses and qigong sets will help to design seasonal sequences and bring your planning for classes and workshops into a systematic, intelligent format. 

No longer will you be wondering what to teach or what poses to focus on, but you have a seasonal guide to go by.

Knowing the meridians to work with and what poses stimulate them by strengthening and lengthening them. This acupressure treatment will relieve your students of seasonal maladaptions and bring them back into balance. 

You'll learn pranayama and meditations corresponding to the seasonal energy address the Qi and the Shen, the energy, emotions, and consciousness. 

Combining the appropriate seasonal breathwork, meditations, and sequences will bring your teaching to a new level.
